Production of high-precision mechanical components
Our strength lies in the production of particularly complex individual parts and small production runs. For example, we produce components for high vacuum technology, rollers for laser printers, cutting elements for textile and bookbinding machines, but also volume production parts for the automotive industry. One of our particular specialities is the precision grinding of aluminium surfaces (to a surface quality of Ra 0.2).

Processing all machinable metallic materials and plastics
This in particular includes stainless steels (1.4301, 1.4305, 1.4308, 1.4435, 1.4571, 1.4539), titanium and titanium alloys, tantal, beryllium and beryllium alloys.

Development and construction of products from prototype stage right up to volume production
We also provide assistance in the realisation of CNC-compliant production designs and advice on selecting materials.

Construction and development of special machines, fixtures and tooling
These are produced on the basis of our own designs or customer drawings. We fit machines and assemblies, incl. electrical wiring, pneumatics and hydraulics.
